Job Title: Experienced Counselor/Therapist

Location : ( Tirunelveli & Nagercoil )

Reports to: Clinic Director/Lead Psychologist

Key Responsibility:

- Ensure client retention through follow-up sessions, aiming for a minimum of 3-4 sessions per client

- Provide exceptional client experience, leading to positive reviews and referrals

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough initial assessments, including history checking and diagnosis

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapy, training, counseling, or other evidence-based approaches

- Provide individual counseling sessions, leveraging 3-5 years of experience in the counseling industry

- Ensure consistency in client engagement and follow-up

- Foster a positive and supportive environment, promoting client comfort and trust

- Deliver solutions-focused counseling, addressing clients' specific needs and goals

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in counseling, with a proven track record of client retention and satisfaction

- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field

- Relevant certifications (e.g., LPC, LMFT)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Skills:

- Experience with diverse client populations and issues

- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills

- Proficiency in therapy and counseling techniques

- Ability to adapt to individual client needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
