We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to take on a senior role in managing and executing construction projects in Kochi. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
:
Plan, design, and supervise civil and structural construction projects.
Oversee on-site activities and ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and detailed project reports.
Monitor project progress, conduct inspections, and ensure quality assurance.
Manage site teams, allocate tasks, and resolve technical issues.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and construction standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
3-10 years of hands-on experience in building or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
