Experienced Callers : Banking & Insurance Background prefered

Job Demands (What the job requires):

Handling outbound collection calls with persistence and patience

Managing high-volume daily call targets

Dealing with difficult or resistant customers (emotional demand)

Adhering to compliance and client guidelines strictly

Maintaining accuracy in records and follow-up commitments

Training on debt recovery techniques and compliance handling

Support from supervisors for escalation cases
