Ensure high-quality sessions with strong conceptual explanations and hands-on practice.
Curriculum & Content Development
Develop structured
training modules, lesson plans, and practice projects

Prepare course content for
basic to advanced foundation programs
.
Continuously upgrade the curriculum to match the latest
industry standards and software updates
.
Student Evaluation & Support
Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical tasks.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve technical skills.
Support students in understanding
real-world engineering and design applications
.
Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with college faculty and training coordinators to ensure smooth program execution.
Represent Design Corporation professionally during all campus training engagements.
Maintain training reports, attendance, and feedback documentation.
Industry Awareness
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in
CAD/CAM software, GD&T standards, and design engineering trends
.
Recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and training quality.
Qualifications -- Required
Minimum 5
+ years of experience
in training students on CAD/CAM software.
Expert-level proficiency in
Catia
(Part, Assembly, Drafting; Sheet Metal/Surfacing preferred).
