who can support us in our

investment and fundraising journey

Who We Are Looking For:

A

Highly Experienced Chartered Accountant (CA)

or

Investment Advisory Firm

with

20+ years of proven experience

. Strong background in

fundraising, financial structuring, and investment advisory in the healthcare sector

. A successful track record of

raising funds for hospitals, IVF centers, diagnostic chains, or healthcare startups

. Deep

network and established relationships with PE/VC funds, angel investors, HNIs, and institutional investors

.

Scope of Work:

Structuring and preparing Baby Bloom IVF for

investment readiness

. Designing detailed

business & financial models, pitch materials, and valuation reports

.

Connecting and pitching to potential investors

in healthcare. Advising on

deal structuring, compliance, and negotiation

. Guiding leadership on

long-term financial strategy and expansion funding

.
