We are expanding our culinary experience into High Tea -- offering elegant, mindful, and delicious menus that pair our artisanal chocolates with handcrafted savory and sweet vegan, keto, and gluten-free delights.

Role Overview



The High Tea Chef

will lead the creation, preparation, and presentation of Chockriti's signature high tea experience. This role requires both culinary artistry and health-conscious innovation -- crafting plant-forward menus that are as beautiful as they are wholesome.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute seasonal high tea menus, including vegan, keto, and artisanal chocolate pairings.

Prepare and plate items such as salads, tea sandwiches, savory bites, scones, desserts, and tea accompaniments.

Collaborate with the founder to align the culinary theme with Chockriti's storytelling and collection launches.

Ensure all dishes maintain premium presentation, portion balance, and artisanal quality.

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with FSSAI guidelines.

Oversee kitchen organization, mise en place, and timely service for private events or tastings.

Innovate with locally sourced, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.

Prepare and assist in the production of chocolates, bakery items, and high tea offerings.

Keep kitchen, reception and display inviting and beautiful-organized, clean, clutter-free

Organize displays, product shelves, and cafe space to reflect Chockriti's brand aesthetic.

Assist and guide guests in making informed choices based on their preferences.

Package and gift-wrap chocolates creatively, including personalized handwritten notes.

Help in the cold shipping for online domestic and international orders to courier on time.

Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.

Share any off days needed in advance of 3 days so the team can plan production effectively

Help with the store and vendor management as required

One month probation period

Production: Chocolate four times a week and bakery rest of the time in between. Typically 50 bars a day or 100 bon bons a day including packing.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Patisserie, or equivalent.

2-4 years of experience in high tea, patisserie, or fine cafe kitchens preferred.

Knowledge of vegan, keto, and health-focused recipes essential.

Aesthetic sense for plating and presentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
