We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing new buildings, restoring and conserving old structures, and developing new ways of using existing buildings. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and construction teams to turn ideas into functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs from concept to construction documents
Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
Conduct site visits and ensure projects meet design specifications and codes
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and vision
Manage project timelines and budgets
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Professional licensure (preferred or required depending on seniority)
Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods
Excellent communication and project management skills
Portfolio showcasing relevant architectural work
Preferred Skills:
Experience in sustainable design/LEED certification
Familiarity with BIM workflows
Ability to manage multiple projects
