Position Overview:

We are seeking an

Accountant with 2-3 years of experience in Indian accounting

to join our

Evening Shift team (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, hands-on experience in

QuickBooks or Xero

, and a desire to learn international bookkeeping standards.

This role is best suited for candidates who are dependable, accurate, and motivated to build a long-term career in the accounting outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accurate books of accounts for clients. Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. Perform

bank reconciliations

,

accounts payable/receivable

, and

expense tracking

. Prepare

GST and TDS filings

and assist in statutory compliance. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Work with

QuickBooks or Xero

to manage client accounts. Support senior accountants with audits, reviews, and month-end closings. Communicate effectively with team members and international clients as needed. Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in every financial record.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (

B.Com / M.Com

) or equivalent. Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in Indian accounting. Strong working knowledge of

Excel

, and familiarity with

QuickBooks or Xero

(preferred). Understanding of GST, TDS, and other accounting compliances. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Willing to work in the
