As an Experience Manager, you'll be at the heart of every guest journey. You'll welcome teams, narrate thrilling storylines, guide players through challenges, manage live games, and ensure every group walks out with a story to tell.

Responsibility

Set the tone for each game with energetic storytelling and immersive narration. Run live games, monitor player progress, and deliver hints that keep the excitement alive. Reset rooms with precision to maintain gameplay flow. Handle bookings, walk-ins, and schedules to ensure smooth daily operations. Encourage guest photos, reviews, and social engagement that boost Escapeverse's buzz.

Requirements

Excellent communication & presentation skills (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred) Energetic, confident, and people-first attitude Background in theatre, hospitality, events, or customer service is a big plus Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment Flexible to work on evenings, weekends & holidays
