The person is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the showroom. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to create a positive buying experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Sales
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Provide detailed product information, features, benefits, and pricing.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
2. Showroom Operations
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic documentation.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for product deliveries.
Follow company policies, standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
3. Product Knowledge
Stay updated on product features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
Participate in training sessions and assist in training new staff when required.
4. After-Sales Support
Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and service requests.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
5. Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly reports.
Keep track of customer feedback and share with management.
