Experience: 1-2 years preferred

We are looking for a skilled Freight Broker to join our US Logistics team. You will be responsible for connecting shippers with reliable carriers, securing new accounts, negotiating rates, and tracking shipments. Strong communication, sales ability, and industry knowledge are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Match shippers with carriers and coordinate freight movements.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Prospect and close new business.
Negotiate competitive freight rates.
Track loads and support dispatch operations

Requirements:

Graduate/Undergraduate with at least 1 year of freight experience

Excellent communication & sales skills
Proven ability to meet targets
