CTG is seeking to fill an Experience Consultant - Design opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Duties:
Apply human-centered design and agile methods to create valuable customer and employee experiences across all channels and the customer lifecycle.
Conduct data-driven user research, experience strategy development, and design execution.
Collaborate with client partners and subject matter experts to shape project proposals and solutions that highlight design capabilities and assets.
Lead and manage design teams focused on product, marketing, commerce, sales, and service transformations.
Orchestrate front-stage and back-stage processes to ensure seamless end-to-end experience delivery.
Drive design-led business transformation through expertise in UX, service design, content design, visual design, and designOps.
Skills:
Expertise in design thinking, user-centered design, and agile methodologies.
Strong skills in UX design, service design, content design, visual design, design research, and designOps.
Ability to define and leverage technical architecture and technology stacks for automation solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills for client engagement and team leadership.
Experience:
Prior consulting or client-facing experience in design-related roles.
Proven record of delivering experience strategy and design solutions in complex business environments.
Demonstrated leadership in managing and growing multi-disciplinary design teams.
Experience applying design-led approaches to digital and organizational transformation projects.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
