About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Experience Center Manager to lead our flagship center in Ahmedabad. This role requires complete ownership of the center's operations, team management, sales performance, and customer experience. The ideal candidate has successfully managed premium retail showrooms, understands solution-driven sales, and can deliver both business results and customer delight.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage the day-to-day operations of the Experience Center.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the center team to achieve sales and service excellence.
Drive revenue growth by engaging customers and converting walk-ins into sales.
Ensure every customer enjoys a personalized, solution-oriented, and memorable experience.
Collaborate with design and sales teams to create effective solution presentations.
Maintain store standards, visual displays, and a premium brand atmosphere.
Track KPIs, manage budgets, and report performance to management.
Represent the brand at events, site visits, and client interactions as required.
Who Can Apply
Candidates with proven experience in managing premium showrooms or retail formats will be preferred.
