About the Role: As a Travel Experience Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our operations, blending creativity, organization, and communication to deliver seamless journeys for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Experience & Itinerary DesignResearch destinations thoroughly to provide unique, personalised suggestions and offbeat recommendations.Ensure accuracy of information, links, maps, and inclusions.
Tour Coordination & Operations: Act as the single point of contact for clients before and during their trip.Confirm all bookings and activities, ensuring vouchers, tickets, and transfers are accurate and timely.Maintain constant communication with clients while on ground to handle real-time changes or emergencies.
Vendor & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with DMCs, local guides, and service vendors.Negotiate rates, inclusions, and ensure smooth coordination for each booking.Keep an updated database of vendor contacts and contracts.
Documentation & Administration: Maintain all company documentation including invoices, contracts, agreements, and internal trackers.Assist in compliance requirements, vendor payments, and customer record-keeping.Ensure proper filing of travel insurance, visa documents, and other legal papers.
Skills Required: Should know
basic Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong command over language to interact confidently with vendors and customers.
Patience to deal with customers' changing needs and opinions.
Soft-spoken, polite, and approachable in all communications.
