We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Expense and Credit Card Specialist to join our Global finance team based in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Expense and credit card processes, compliance, with a focus on driving efficiency and maintaining financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all employee expenses accurately and efficiently in accordance with internal controls and company policy.
  • Ensure timely payment of employee expense claims.
  • Managing the processing of all the company credits (Individual / Office and Virtual)
  • Support month-end closing activities by preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate with employees to address expense, credit card or payment queries.
  • Assist with accounting and reconciling all credit card transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations (e.g., VAT, TDS, GST).
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing requested documentation.
  • Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Expenses or a similar finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of processing and Paying employee expenses.
  • Good understanding of processing all company credit cards (Individual / Office and Virtual)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis is a must.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
