Responsibilities

Identify potential suppliers and manage supplier relationships for Fabrication to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms for the company Develop and maintain a database of suppliers and track supplier performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance to ensure smooth procurement processes Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and market trends Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Monitor inventory levels and place orders for goods and services as needed Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce procurement costs Devote the whole of your working time, attention and abilities to the business of the Company or any other Group Company Identify potential suppliers and manage supplier relationships to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms for the company Develop and maintain a database of suppliers and track supplier performance Execute projects on time and within delivery schedule Travel when and where required across the globe and being at the site managing vendors and complete the execution with OTD & Quality Purchase Order creation for vendors Arranging transports/trucks and logistics along with material handling on demand Ensuring Quality along with preparing inspection report before dispatch of goods Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance to ensure smooth procurement processes Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and market trends Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Monitor inventory levels and place orders for goods and services as needed Diligently exercise such powers and perform such duties as may from time to time be assigned to you by the company Comply with all reasonable and lawful directions given to you by the Company Report your own wrongdoing and any wrongdoing of any other employee or director of the Company or any Group Company immediately on becoming aware of it; and Use your reasonable endeavors to promote, protect, develop and extend the business of the Company or any group company Not refuse to carry out any assignment solely on the ground that it has not been or does not form part of your usual duties, and you shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for carrying out such assignment Maintaining CRM & Frigate Platform with daily and regular updates Collecting project reports from Project & Quality team on daily basis

Educational Qualifications And Experience:

B.E/Diploma - Mechanical/AutoMobile/Production from reputed University. Overall, 1-2 years of experience in the Heavy Engineering Industry. Minimum 1 Year experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
