Job Title: Expeditor Engineer (Mechanical)Location: Navi MumbaiQualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or related fieldExperience: 3 to 8 YearsDuration: 12 Months (Extendable)Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday | 9-Hour ShiftKey Responsibilities:

• Follow up on all goods ordered for projects and share regular MIS reports.
• Review and approve expediting plans for critical items (PO/PR).
• Collect and analyze progress reports from suppliers (weekly/monthly)
• Report delays to Buyers/PPMs and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate internally to get final quality clearance and follow up for IRN.
• Help resolve NCRs and technical issues with Engineering/Project teams
• Visit supplier sites periodically to check progress
• Give feedback on supplier performance to Buyers and PPMs.
• Ensure timely preparation of GRNs.
• Prepare reports for SAP PR aging, pending GRNs, etc.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
