Assist in location scouting and finalization in coordination with real estate agents and internal teams
Conduct feasibility assessments including footfall, accessibility, and competitor presence
Coordinate branch setup including furniture, branding, IT infrastructure, and security
Manage vendor relationships for setup, maintenance, and ongoing operational needs
Ensure timely delivery of resources and smooth branch handover for launch
Work closely with legal, finance, and marketing teams during the pre-launch phase
Maintain project timelines and ensure cost-effective execution
Regular field visits to monitor setup progress and resolve on-ground issues
Support post-launch audits to ensure SOP adherence
Assist in preparing weekly expansion reports and dashboards for management Key Skills
Strong understanding of operational workflows
Excellent coordination & negotiation skills
Familiarity with retail/branch infrastructure setup
Willingness to travel extensively
Good command over Excel, reports, and vendor tracking tools
Problem-solving and proactive approach on the field
