Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential commercial properties for new outlet or office expansion.
Conduct property scouting, feasibility studies, and prepare proposals for management approval.
Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and consultants for property shortlisting and negotiations.
Manage end-to-end leasing activities, including legal documentation, possession, and handover.
Liaise with internal teams such as Legal, Projects, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain a pipeline of potential sites and track market trends for new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and agents.
Ensure timely opening of new outlets or facilities as per business timelines.
Oversee renewal and relocation of existing sites as per business needs.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of commercial leasing and real estate processes.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and documentation processes.
Qualification & Experience:
Any Degree or related field Expereince.
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Real Estate, Leasing, or Property Acquisition.
Prior experience in Retail, Healthcare, or QSR industries will be preferred.
