Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Cybersecurity Trainer

to deliver engaging and practical training sessions to learners ranging from students to working professionals. The ideal candidate should combine

strong technical expertise

with

excellent instructional skills

to create impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver

Cybersecurity training programs

(online or classroom) aligned with industry standards such as

CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or ISO 27001

. Network Security Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing Cloud Security Threat Analysis & Incident Response Security Operations (SOC) Cyber Laws and Compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) Prepare

training materials

, including slides, lab guides, and assessments. Mentor participants, clarify technical queries, and guide certification preparation. Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay current with

emerging cyber threats, tools, and best practices

to update course content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Minimum

3+ years of hands-on experience

in cybersecurity roles (e.g., Security Analyst, Ethical Hacker, SOC Engineer). Proven experience as a

Trainer, Mentor, or Instructor

in cybersecurity or related domains. Strong understanding of

networking, firewalls, malware analysis, SIEM tools

, and security frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

CompTIA Security+ Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) CISSP / CISM / CISA OSCP / CCSP / ISO 27001 LA
