Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare and review export documents, including invoices, shipping documents, customs declarations, and certificates of origin
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and customs requirements
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth export processes
Order Processing and Logistics:
Process export orders, including order entry, shipment scheduling, and coordinating delivery arrangements
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays
Coordinate with internal departments, such as production, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Customer Support:
Assist customers with export-related inquiries, order status, and documentation requirements
Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Provide guidance to customers on export regulations, documentation, and shipping options
SKILLS REQUIRED:
3 Yr.+ Experienced Candidate in EXIM (Export and Import) with knowledge of Advance License Application, EODC, and EPCG can only apply
Solid understanding of international trade regulations, export procedures, and customs compliance
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing export documentation
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, including freight forwarding and shipping procedures
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to export operations
