Job Summary:

The Import and Export Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the import and export activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and handling bookings through shipping lines. This role involves working closely with shipping agencies, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage import and export activities, including booking shipments through shipping lines. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and policies. Handle documentation related to import/export shipments, including customs clearance. Coordinate with shipping agencies, customs brokers, and freight forwarders. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers. Resolve any issues related to customs clearance or shipment delays. Prepare and analyze reports on import/export activities and performance. Maintain accurate records of shipments and related documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in import/export operations or logistics. In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
