Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Import & Export Operations

Handle

pre- and post-shipment documentation

including bank-related documents. Coordinate and negotiate with

CHA, forwarders, and buyers

for smooth shipment execution. Ensure compliance with

EU logistics guidelines

and

DGFT regulations

. Manage

import & export documentation

with accuracy and timeliness. Support clients by understanding requirements, providing solutions, responding to RFPs, and handling queries. Negotiate

courier/cargo tariffs

with logistics partners to optimize costs. Issue

Certificates of Origin

and manage related documentation. Coordinate annual renewals of

EEPC, IEC, EPR, and MCCI registrations

.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare daily reports on

production schedules and dispatches

. Generate

order and branch stock reports

. Prepare and maintain

MIS reports

as per management guidelines. Coordinate and compile

annual reports

for management review.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Maintain effective communication with

factories and branches

regarding pending orders. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Provide timely updates and correspondence to management and clients.

General Responsibilities

Support

backend sales coordination

activities. Ensure compliance with

ISO documentation

and actively participate in ISO audits. Work independently while contributing effectively within a team structure.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Timely execution of

import-export requirements

. Adherence to

compliance standards

for domestic and international trade. Accuracy in

tendering and documentation

with minimal errors. Timely generation and submission of

MIS reports

.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong knowledge of

EXIM processes and documentation

. Familiarity with

DGFT regulations, EU logistics guidelines, and trade compliance

. Proficiency in

CRM and ERP systems

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and correspondence skills

. Ability to work independently, with a proactive and self-driven approach. Strong organizational and reporting skills.
