Prepare and manage export & import documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, airway bills, etc.).
Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, SEZ, and international trade regulations.
Maintain records of shipments, licenses, and statutory documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), shipping lines, and logistics partners for timely dispatch of goods.
Communicate with banks regarding LC (Letter of Credit), remittances, and export incentives.
Liaise with production, stores, and accounts departments for smooth shipment processes.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Assist in arranging transport, insurance, and handling export/import clearances.
Follow up with transporters and warehouses for goods movement.
Maintain and update shipment tracker, export-import registers, and filing records.
Prepare MIS reports for management on export/import status, costing, and documentation.
Assist in applying for export benefits, duty drawback, or other government schemes.
Maintain shipment data, invoices, and reports in MS Excel.
Prepare basic Excel sheets for order tracking, duty calculation, and cost analysis.
Use Excel functions for data entry, record maintenance, and reporting.
