HIRING: EXIM ASSISTANT



Role Overview:


Support export-import documentation, shipment handling, and coordination with custom office and logistics partners to ensure smooth international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and maintain export & import documentation (invoice, packing list, shipping bill, etc.).

Coordinate with Custom Office, freight forwarders, and logistics for timely shipments.

Handle customs clearance and bank-related export documents.

Maintain records of shipments, duty drawback, and compliance requirements.

Assist in resolving shipment delays or queries.

Requirements:



Graduate in Commerce/International Business.

Fresher (Commerce Background) or 1-year experience in Exim/Logistics .

Knowledge of customs, and shipping procedures.

Good communication & MS Office skills.

Local Candidate with Two Wheeler Driving License will be preferred.

Location:

SEZ Sachin, Surat

Timing:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary:

Upto 25K

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
