Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for exhibition space, sponsorships, and digital packages across assigned events
Identify and engage prospective exhibitors through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with event goals
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
Prepare and present customized proposals to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals
Maintain accurate sales records and forecast revenue targets
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, or media
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel for client meetings and event attendance
