Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential exhibitors to pitch exhibition opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Understand client requirements, share detailed information about the exhibition, and handle queries.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales conversions in CRM.
Follow up with clients for contracts, payments, and stall allocations.
Coordinate with the operations team for stall design, branding, and client requirements.
Assist with backend work such as sending proposals, drafting emails, and generating invoices.
Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.
Skills and Requirement:
Minimum 2 Years - 3 years of experience in tele sales / B2B sales / exhibition sales preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Confident and persuasive over phone calls.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
