Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized

Exhibition Executive

to manage and execute Arthlife's participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and events. The role involves planning, coordination, on-ground execution, and post-event follow-ups to maximize sales, visibility, and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and pop-up events Handle stall booking, documentation, vendor coordination, and logistics Oversee stall setup, visual merchandising, and brand presentation Coordinate inventory planning, product display, and pricing for exhibitions Engage with customers, buyers, and distributors during events Drive on-site sales and lead generation Manage exhibition staff, promoters, and helpers Track sales, expenses, and performance metrics during events Collect customer feedback and market insights Prepare post-exhibition reports, including sales analysis and follow-up actions Coordinate with marketing and design teams for promotional materials

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Business, or related field (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in exhibitions, events, retail, or fashion industry Strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines Willingness to travel and work weekends during exhibitions Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and sales tracking Passion for fashion and kids' lifestyle brands
