The Exhibition Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of exhibitions and trade shows. This role involves working closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events. The Exhibition Coordinator will oversee logistics, marketing, and on-site management to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Coordination:
Develop and implement detailed project plans for exhibitions, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and creative departments, to ensure alignment on event objectives.
Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, securing services, and coordinating logistics.
Exhibition Design and Setup:
Collaborate with designers and vendors to create booth layouts, signage, and other exhibition materials.
Oversee the setup and dismantling of exhibition booths, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and event guidelines.
Ensure all exhibition materials are delivered, installed, and functional prior to the event opening.
Marketing and Promotion:
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials for exhibitions.
Coordinate social media, email campaigns, and other promotional activities leading up to the event.
Assist in the creation and distribution of event invitations, brochures, and catalogs.
On-Site Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact during exhibitions, handling any issues that arise and ensuring a smooth operation.
Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and responsibilities during the event.
Monitor attendee engagement and gather feedback for post-event analysis.
Post-Event Evaluation:
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the exhibition, identifying areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes, including attendee metrics, budget adherence, and overall performance.
Follow up with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure all post-event tasks are completed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
