Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

: Identify and develop new business opportunities for transformer sales across the assigned region.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and establish rapport with new customers to drive growth.

Technical Expertise

: Offer technical guidance to clients regarding transformer specifications, applications, and solutions.

Market Research

: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to create and execute effective sales strategies.

Travel

: Frequently visit clients and prospects within the assigned territory to promote products and close sales.

Sales Reporting

: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in transformer sales or a related technical field. Strong technical understanding of transformers and their applications. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
