Broad Role:

New product industrialization trial follows up and feedback in shift

Initiate and validate process improvement trials.

Process troubleshooting in tyre building, curing.

Trials for defect reduction, improvement f/up in shifts.

Preparation of shift report for any issues, improvement in shifts

Disposal of non-conformance material in shift in consult with superior

Co-ordination with production team members for any trials and issues in shifts.

Cured tyre defect analysis and reduction plan in shift

Updation of IATF documents

Skills & Knowledge Requirements (Abilities / Knowledge & Expertise in field)

Rubber technology

Knowledge of tyre building, curing, extruder, mixing etc.
