Executive-Talent Acquisition, 1+ yrs exp, Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities:


Post job vacancies on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.

Actively source profiles from job portals and databases based on client requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills,and suitability.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with both candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Support client recruitment needs by understanding job requirements and ensuring quality candidate submissions.

6 days a week.09:00 am to 05:30pm working hours.

2-day casual leave in a month.

Salary: 10000-12500+Incentives
