Managing Reception and handle handling customers for Service-related issues.
Attend telephonic queries landed on board numbers.
Service order creation, Quotation Sharing & Invoice generation.
AMC Selling to customers.
Handling Customer Escalation.
Invoicing and Cash handling related to branch service operation
Key Competencies/Skill
Good Communication Skills.
Should be Good Listener & Polite.
Excel & GST Knowledge
Multitasking
