Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
? Develop and execute annual marketing plans for targeted product segments.
? Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitor products,
and customer needs.
? Identify new business opportunities, product modifications, and expansion
areas.
2. Product Marketing & Launch
? Manage product positioning, pricing strategy, and market value proposition.
? Lead product launch activities including collateral, digital campaigns, sales
training, and trade presentations.
? Prepare product brochures, videos, presentations, and online content.
3. Branding & Communication
? Strengthen company brand presence across physical & digital channels.
? Manage website content, social media, newsletters, and corporate
communication.
? Coordinate development of marketing materials (catalogues, display units,
exhibition designs).
4. Lead Generation & Sales Support
? Plan and execute promotional campaigns, webinars, CME programs,
workshops, and hospital engagement activities.
? Support sales team with product knowledge, training materials, and customer
presentations.
? Collaborate with distributors, channel partners, hospitals, clinics, and
diagnostic centres.
5. Events &Conferences
? Organize participation in medical conferences, trade fairs, exhibitions &
product demos.
? Oversee event logistics, lead capture processes, and post-event follow-ups.
6. Analytics &Reporting
? Track marketing campaign performance and ROI.
? Maintain dashboards for lead funnels, competitor intelligence, and marketing
budgets.
