Key Responsibilities:
Handle installation, maintenance, and repair of digital textile and industrial printing machines (mechanical, electrical, and ink systems).
Conduct routine diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and performance checks to ensure machine uptime and optimal functionality.
Manage service documentation, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory for smooth service operations.
Support sales teams with technical insights during customer visits and assist in converting B2B leads where required.
