A. To ensure sales strategy Implementation, RFQ, BOM, Sourcing and Pricing.


B. To ensure P & L Portfolio Management.


C. To ensure influential negotiation skills.


D. To identify training needs for subordinates, perform employee competency study and training effectiveness evaluation study.


E. To ensure sales Presentation Planning.


F. To ensure Target Market data research.


G. To ensure Prospecting & Retention.


H. Preparation and maintaining of QMS related documents and records to their department.
