Department- Marketing

Title- Executive/Sr. Executive- Referral Marketing with own conveyance

Salary- 18K-20K

Qualification- MBA in Marketing (Preferably)

Experience- 0-2 years

Age - Between 21 - 25 years

Academics- First class graduate

Reporting to Sr. Manager /GM - Sales& Marketing

KRA's

1.Empanel new physician/consultants/RMPs/Agents etc in the assigned area.

2.Promoting existing and new hospital offerings.

3.Analyzing & targeting the potential new physician/consultants for new empanelment.

4.Review of existing potential physician/consultants.

5.Time to time organizing different events/camps for the target audience.

6.Coordination with all existing clients for optimum service satisfaction.

7.Managing the good relationship of an ongoing basis in terms of new/changed needs, grievance redresses & feedback on services.

8.Taking personal care for all referred patients for optimum satisfaction.

9.New lead generation/conversion on regular basis.

Skill requirement/ background

1.Ability to understand hospital business environment.

2.Willingness for doing field work.

3.Working knowledge of MS word, MS excel/CRM.
