Position:Executive/Sr. Executive - Process Automation
Location:Mundra
Experience:5 - 7 Years.
Industries:Chemicals
Responsibilities:-

• Should be able to Handle various control system DCS/PLC especially ABB 800 XA, Yokogawa Centum VP.
• Understanding of ANSI/ISA-88, ANSI/ISA-95 standards for Control Recipe Developments for various products.
• Development of Data base for various product and DCS to Oracle Integrations.
• Deep programming knowledge in various DCS languages like SFC, FBD, C/C++ programming, Ladder logic.
• Hands on experience in development of process and safety Interlocks/Logics building and execution.
• Implementation of various HAZOP recommendations in coordination with operational /Project teams.
• Experience in process Control techniques.
• Should be able to handle FAT/SAT with various OEM teams for control systems
• Basic field Instrumentation Knowledge.
• Alarms/Reports Management
• Proper documentation and hand over of completed projects and training to plant/DCS operators
• Support to Plant Automation/ Instrumentation team for implementing new/existing projects.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of DCS/PLC configurations, Microsoft Office, Documentation
• Engineering Detailing in DCS/Control system, Field Instrumentation, Logic/Receipes Developments
• Develop and implement process safety interlocks
• Pogramming and compliance with ANSI/ISA standards.

Required Qualification: - B.E./B.Tech - Instrumentation
Salary: - Upto 10.00 LPA
