Role and Responsibilities:
Retail Sales:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the store/showroom.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Effectively demonstrate product features and benefits.
  • Process POS transactions and maintain customer records.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and stock organization.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales support as needed.
Dealer & Distributor Coordination:
  • Assist the Area Sales Manager in recruiting and managing dealers and distributors.
  • Gather and communicate market feedback and competitor activities from channel partners.
  • Coordinate with dealers for stock availability, orders, and scheme communication.
  • Visit local dealer/distributor points to enhance relationships and drive secondary sales.
  • Ensure brand visibility and availability at dealer counters.
  • Support in planning and executing local promotions or product demonstrations with the dealer network.
Requirements
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in Channel Sales / Retail Sales is required in Chemical or Paint Industry.
  • Any graduate can apply.
  • Ahmedabad market knowledge is required.
