Job Description

Human Resources:



Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.

Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and ensure timely documentation in HRMS.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HRMS data.

Monitor attendance, leaves, and support monthly payroll inputs.

Organize employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, and official communications.

Handle employee grievances, coordinate exit formalities, and conduct exit interviews.

Prepare HR MIS reports and assist with audits as needed.

Well-versed in statutory compliances and ensures timely adherence.

Administration:



Oversee daily office administration.

Ensure timely payments for statutory dues and compliance requirements.

Handle all renewals related to licenses, agreements, and services.

Manage inventory and issuance of assets (laptops, ID cards, SIMs, stationery, etc.)

Coordinate courier services, vendor management, and utility payments.

Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of office infrastructure and equipment.

Maintain records for admin-related expenses and assist in budget tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
