• Should have knowledge to operate computer
• Knowledge of shipment tracking with Shipping Line/ Airlines / Consol agents
• Arranging for DO payment & keeping records of same
• Organizing of Delivery Order from Shipping line & Airlines
• Maintain records of Bond / Security Deposit and account reconciliation
• Stamp Duty payment to be handle & kept a record of same
• Payment records to be maintain & handed to accounts team
• Arrange timely cancellation / collection same from Shipping Lines Bond, records
• Payment records to be maintain & handed to accounts team
