Role:
The Business Development Executive/Senior Executive will closely collaborate with the Sales Manager Distribution (XLC) to achieve sales targets, both primary and secondary, in the assigned geography. They will be responsible for embodying and promoting the company's values.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop people and organizational capabilities

• Build strong customer relationships, focusing on collaboration and team leadership

• Understand and address the needs and requirements of the assigned geography, especially regarding pricing structures and product portfolio demand trends

CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Requirements
Requirements:

• Experience in the building materials industry

• Knowledge of the building automation products and market demands

Note: Cement industry experience is not required.
