Profile Summary:

As an Executive Accounts / Senior Executive Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, contributing to the organization's financial health and operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, vendor bill processing, client invoicing, client communication, and handling various ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as required

Job Responsibilities:



Perform accounting functions using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records. Conduct reconciliations and participate in the finalization of financial statements. Prepare financial reports and conduct cash flow analysis to support decision-making processes. Efficiently process vendor bills and invoices for clients, maintaining accuracy and compliance. Establish clear and effective communication channels with clients to address inquiries and provide financial updates. Undertake any other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team and overall business operations.

Job Specification:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's in Commerce (M.Com) or Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA), or Master's in Business Administration (MBA). A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field of accounting, preferably in a similar role. Strong verbal and written english communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS-Office tools to manage and analyze financial data accurately.
