Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to physicians, surgeons, and nurses on the clinical applications and benefits of the medical products.
Provide real-time support and guidance to surgeons and operating room staff to ensure the proper usage of medical devices during procedures.
Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, customer needs, and industry trends to inform sales strategies.
Negotiate sales contracts and navigate the procurement processes of hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
