Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:




To grow volumes & market share for the entire range of products in the assigned territory


To increase business through effective channel (Dealers) management


To grow business through channel expansion (New Dealer Appointment)


To implement Brand promotional (BTL) activities & schemes initiated by Corporate Marketing Team


To continuously monitor competitor activities and identifying suitable strategies to protect and grow market share


Strictly adhere to the company policies.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE




Any Degree or MBA with minimum 5 years of relevant experience


Strong in Dealer Management & People Management skills


Strong Interpersonal Skills


Excellent negotiation skills


Good at communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
