Effective Sales Order punching
Internal and customer follow-ups, proforma invoices, updating customer masters.
Follow-ups and confirmation of deliveries made by couriers etc
Handle the daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Coordinate with Sales teams to streamline dispatch processes.
Collecting the metal inward from direct parties and recording the same and handover to Purchase.
Implement and maintain dispatch schedules and routes to optimize delivery efficiency.
