Roles & Responsibilities:
? Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
? Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
? Engage customers throughout the buying cycle--identifying needs, recommending solutions, overcoming objections, and closing sales opportunities.
? Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
? Establish trust and rapport with individual customers, aiming for high customer satisfaction and repeat business especially in B2C segment.
? Understand and communicate lifecycle services (deployment, support, refresh) to ensure customers receive complete value from their purchases.
? Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients.
? Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
? Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
? Provide feedback on customer trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
? Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
? Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with corporate buyers, distributors, and resellers.
? Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
? 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management.
? Strong understanding of consultative selling and the full sales cycle.
? Proficiency in MS Office
? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
? Strong verbal and written skills to engage with customers across various channels (in-person, phone, online).
? A commitment to delivering exceptional service and supporting customers throughout the entire lifecycle of the product.
? Ability to understand and explain technical product features and benefits to non-technical audiences.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
