Seeking a proactive Sales Executive to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless transaction experience.?

Key Responsibilities:



Client Engagement:

Identify and address client needs, providing tailored property solutions.?

Property Showings:

Arrange and conduct property tours for prospective buyers or tenants.?

Negotiation:

Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.?

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends to guide clients effectively.?

Documentation:

Assist in drafting offers and managing necessary paperwork.?

Qualifications:



Education:

High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.?

Experience:

Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.?

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.

Salary not a constraint for the right candidate.
