Job Title: Executive_Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular visits to supermarkets and retail outlets to promote and sell company products. Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and purchasing departments. Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and visibility at outlets. Collect payments as per the agreed timelines and follow up for outstanding dues. Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily visit summaries to the reporting manager. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or retail sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must be willing to travel daily to different outlets within the assigned area. Basic understanding of sales reporting and payment collection procedures. Self-motivated and target-driven.
