Ensure end-to-end monitoring of nightly batch processing cycles. Identify any failures, delays, or irregularities and take timely actions to minimize business impact. Log all batch-related issues and incidents accurately in the JIRA system. Track and update ticket statuses and follow escalation procedures as needed. Regularly update and maintain the knowledge repository with known issues, resolution steps, SOPs to support consistent and efficient operations. Work closely with L2 technical support and other internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve batch failures or system issues. Ensure timely communication and collaboration for smooth incident handling. Assist in the configuration and validation of active batch processes for onboarding new clients. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth setup and transition.
